Value for money

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, not familiar at all with Kuala Lumpur, staff member who checked us in was brilliant and welcoming, answered all our questions, every day we have been treated well by all staff here, hotel is clean value for money, located very close to train station, marking it so easy to get around the city, china town is a short walk away. I would recommend the hotel to all.

No care

The hotel is very average. Staff are equipped with Walkie talkies you can gear it crackling all over even inside the rooms. Very average breakfast. Staff are not friendly. Very limited items on room service menu. Can improve a lot...

A budget hotel and nothing else...poor hospitality

The rooms badly need maintenance...front office staff needs training on guest relations and basics in hospitality...one staffer called ALAM needs to develop skills in treating guests and communicating effectively......I got the feeling that these staff thought we should be treated badly because we opted for a budget hotel...it was a terrible experience

just okay but can be improved

This hotel located is easy to reach the famous places in Kuala Lumpur. The staffs should be maintain their hospitality (friendliness), so not only during checking time. I think by spending more focus about room cleanliness, wall painting and curtain will be fantastic and the price can be upgrade too, so can start to call luxury. most of the Gym equipment are not working, old and untidy, maybe not many people use it.

Spacious room thats all

There were only 2 reasons why we stayed in this hotel on new year eve, first was to have their wading pool at the rooftop and jacuzzi in the room that's why have booked for Annexe Deluxe Suite, second was to have a view of fireworks in KL through its rooftop. But both turned into disappointment when the rooftop pool was not available for use - the water in the pool was black. While the room jacuzzi - the water was not hot at all even after turning into the max temperature. And rooftop was closed by 8pm so could not access to watch fireworks by midnight. I observed that this hotel caters more to big groups of Indian market. Thus mostly of their staff are Indians and decor as well as ambience and foods they served specially the dinner was so indian. The room is spacious. But there was a bad smell that stink in the corridors. Each floor is named after Asean country but just for fancy as I didn't see the floor reflects its name.Good for short stay for not fuzzy guests.
