A great welcome at reception. All staff very professional and so helpful. Decor in hotel great...so many different artistic pieces throughout. Lovely rooms with everything you needed. We will certainly be returning and recommending!

Poor experience for a lot of money

Breakfast only luke warm and a persistent hum in the bedroom all night.......not what I would expect from a hotel at the price we paid. Shan't be rushing back and if you want a hot breakfast avoid this hotel.

Fantastic experience

Having stayed before at the Radisson Edwardian in Manchester I expected perfection and it delivered without exception. The rooms were spotless and the staff as attentive as ever. The concierge service were always on hand to help (booking a taxi, storing luggage etc.) and the breakfast was faultless. Only minor negatives would be the WiFi in my room was sketchy and the Sauna didn't appear to be working. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Excellent Service

Clean, Modern, Helpful and professional staff. I used this hotel for an event and stayed the night and I was pleased with every aspect. From check in to check out. I would recommend this hotel for both leisure and business because it is also in a great location

5 star- yeah right!!

Poor service from check in to check out. I was told I couldn’t eat in the opus bar at 5 oclock because afternoon tea was still being served this contradicts with the information provided in the bedrooms. I was unable to get room service menu and wasn’t advised it was on my tv screen – anyway my was broken and I rang to ring several people to get an engineer to come and fix it all so I could see the menu. The engineer couldn’t fix it and I eventually ended up with a printed one which id asked for 1 hour and 30 minutes previous. I paid £23.oo for a sandwich and a glass of wine, poor value and the bread was soggy. I paid over £100 for a room that didn’t even include breakfast- such poor value for money. Also I had left my laptop in the bedroom and the staff never contacted me – when I asked why I was told no one made a note of the hotel room it was taken from so they had no idea who it belonged to. Absolutely nothing luxurious about my stay here- I have received much better service in budget hotels. Will not stay again.
